Hello lyndyf,
Please check out the information on the following page, which explains how to set up and access iCloud for Contacts on all of your devices, and will guide you through that process: Set up iCloud for Contacts on all your devices
Set up iCloud for Contacts on all your devices
You can use iCloud with Contacts on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Windows computer, and on iCloud.com. For an overview of what you can do with iCloud, see Keep your contacts up to date with iCloud.
Note: Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID on each device. If you have devices where you’re not signed in with your Apple ID or that have the Contacts feature turned off, you won’t be able to see your iCloud contacts on those devices.
Set up iCloud for Contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
2. Do one of the following:
* iOS 16, iPadOS 16, or later: Tap Show All, then turn on Contacts.
* iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Turn on Contacts.
3. To view contacts stored in iCloud, open the Contacts app, then do one of the following:
* If you have more than one source of contacts: Tap Groups. Below iCloud, select All Contacts or another group.
* If you don’t have multiple contacts sources: All the contacts you see are stored in iCloud.
For more information on how to use Contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or to use iCloud contacts to manage who your children can communicate with on their Apple devices, see any of the following:
* iPhone User Guide: Add and use contact information on iPhone or Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPhone
* iPad User Guide: Add and use contact information on iPad or Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPad
* iPod touch User Guide (iOS 15 or earlier): Add and use contact information on iPod touch or Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPod touch
Thanks!
