Iphone 14 pro Tax free pruchase in Bermingham / Alabama

I will be next week in Bermingham / Alabama and want buy a Iphone 14 pro. I will fly 2 days later over Atlanta back to Istanbul - Turkey. How I need to buy the phone to get a tax refund? I want to buy it over the Apple Store internet and pick it direct in the store.

Any steps that I need to do?

You can’t. Sales tax will be charged at the point of sale unless you have documentation that you are a US certified non-profit entity.
