We are getting triple charged for our iCloud plan. Twice through my PayPal, and once through our family bank account. How do I fix it?

How do you know they are all for iCloud? Do the charges appear as being for iCloud in Pay pal and your bank statement? Or do they show appear just as "apple.com/bill"?

In general a single account cannot be charged for the same subscription more than once.

Are you sharing your payment methods with someone?

Have you verified your subscriptions and accounts of other members of your family for active iCloud subscriptions that may be getting charged to your payment method?
