Incorrect charges for monthly iCloud Plan

I have a O.99 Euros/month plan and I am billed 18 euros a month!

Wondering if you checked just what you are being charged for:

Eg: Maybe a family member purchased music or apps etc. on the same account ?

How to see what you were charged for

If you don't recognize a charge - Apple Support


If needed:

You can contact iCloud Support: (ie: There is a "Get Support" link (online chat, phone, eMail etc) at the bottom of their webpage (link below):

You might want to reach out to the Billing Support Team:

There is also a “Get Support” Link (or an App) at the bottom of their webpage.
