My Phonak hearing aids and MPFlow headphones won't pair with bluetooth on iPhoneiOS 16.3.1. Any ideas?

Hi SharonMills,

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.


You may need to update the firmware on the hearing aids.


Your hearing professional could likely help keep the hearing aids up-to-date.

or

if you wish: you can scroll down to check "compatibility" on Phonak's website:

Phonak products support center

https://product-support.phonak.com/s/?language=en_US


(If needed: There is also more support available on that website)


You could try making sure the headphones are charged and in pairing mode,

then wearing the headphones,

on iPhone:   Try Settings > Bluetooth > tap "Not Connected"


(You can also try turning bluetooth off and back on to see if they connect.)


There's an article online about pairing "MPow" headphones .. if these are the ones.
