Safari blocks me from certain websites

I CAN’T GO TO CERTAIN WEBSITE I’M BLOCKED FROM GOING ON FACEBOOK IT GIVES ME SAFARI CAN’T OPEN THIS PAGE BECAUSE IT’S INVALID IT DOES THAT WITH TIK TOK GO FUND ME I’M LIMITED TO WHAT I CAN GO TO ON SAFARI MY PHONE IS HACKED REALLY BAD I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ALL ACCESS TO MY PHONE I PAY FOR IT I SHOULDN’T BE BLOCKED OR LIMTED TO WHAT I CAN BROWSE ON THE NET HELP PLEASE !

The support site If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac includes a detailed outline of steps to take to identify why this is happening to apply the proper fix. When you find a test that allows you to access the sites, that section should explain what to alter or modify to address the cause.
