i have stupidly permanently deleted some emails, is there anyway, these can be recovered ... can the phone be reset back to a previous date.

iPhone 13, iOS 16

No you can't turn back your phone, but you might check with your carrier as they may keep copies for a short while.

Try the Trash on Gmail page. It might be there...if not it may be gone for good.
