Problem for file
I deleted a folder in files app but i couldn’t recover it , and a question mark appeared on folder that i deleted

It sounds like you're attempting to recover a file from iCloud Drive, is that right?
If so, you can restore your files via iCloud.com within the last 30 days as outlined here: Recover deleted files on iCloud.com - Apple Support
"Recover files deleted from iCloud Drive or iWork apps
- In iCloud Drive on iCloud.com, click Recently Deleted in the sidebar.
- Click Recover All, or select each file you want to recover, then click Recover."
