Can’t get my Panasonic Lumix DCZS70 to download photos to my iPhone 14 Pro via the Panasonic Image App. The phone and camera both show a Wi-Fi connection, but the app doesn’t recognize it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and resetting the camera to factory settings. Any suggestions?

Panasonic tell me that compatibility is only up to ios 16 so 16.3.1 is not compatible. They have no plans to fix things so maybe anyone with a problem should to to panasonic support and report the problem

Similar situation. GF10 could not connect to iPhone 13 iOS 16.4.1.
Did anyone get this to work? I have had numerous discussions with Panasonic and they say they have tested the app with a number of different iPhone devices and they all work fine ! Except it won’t work with my iPhone SE with IOS 17 loaded!
They say it’s my phone is the problem but I have tried it on an identical model and the same ‘cannot communicate ‘ error message. I am also in communication with Apple but despite trying a few things no joy yet!
Did you get anywhere with this? I have the exact same issue. The app isn’t even attempting to connect to the camera when I launch it.
Same issue with TZ95 not liking Iphone 14 pro - used to have no problem with my previous phone. Have tried Image app and Lumix sync. Message comes up the Camera has rejected the conenction.
have you found a solution? I switched over to the new Iphone 14 pro max and it won’t connect in the Image app. Connects to the internet but that’s all. Phone is updated and everything
