Adding Swiss Travel Pass into Wallet

Anyone have any idea？

I am able to add last time purchased on Swiss Travel Center website but this time purchased on SBB website totally not working！

cant add a card to my apple wallet Whenever I click the "add" or "+" button in my Apple Wallet app, a pop up that says "to add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to Wallet, look for the add to wallet button in apps, emails, and websites" with 2 buttons, one that says "cancel" and one that says "learn more." After clicking "learn more", it then leads me to an apple support website that tells me how to add boarding passes to my wallet. I have no idea what else to do.
