Whenever I click the "add" or "+" button in my Apple Wallet app, a pop up that says "to add cards, keys, tickets, and passes to Wallet, look for the add to wallet button in apps, emails, and websites" with 2 buttons, one that says "cancel" and one that says "learn more."
After clicking "learn more", it then leads me to an apple support website that tells me how to add boarding passes to my wallet.
I have no idea what else to do.
If you get the Learn More popup, when tapping on the (➕) icon, then make sure your iPhone is set to a country or region where Apple Pay is supported in Settings➜General➜Language & Region➜Region.
