Whatsapp media backup

After setting up new iPhone 12 (64GB) I struggle to restore media from my whatsapp back up. I get a message "Free up 5.41 GB of space to restore media". Total back up size is 15.9GB and I have almost 28.6 GB of free storage on the iPhone. Even if I deleted all remaining apps, it wouldn't add up to 5.41GB... How else can I restore media from back up?

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software.
