WhatsApp backup

I had to restore my iPhone11, because it was in loop. Everything was restored, except of whatsapp pictures and videos completely. Now I tried to reinstall the 60GB data, but there was an backup in between without it and that had only 237MB. Now whatsapp only giving me this backup as option. What can I do to access the older backup with 60GB? HELP
