HP Printer won’t print from MacBook Air but will from iPhone

Who do I call, expensive Hp printer did print from the MacBook Air but now on macOO Sierra 10.12.6 won’t but I can print from a iPhone.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.12

Hi,


Assuming that it has worked earlier with the same (network) setup, you could try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the router) to begin with: Power off the router, the printer, the Mac, the iPhone, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac and the iPhone. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.


If this does not work, please post back with the exact HP printer model. Also, information about the router model may help. Do not post a serial number or any access codes.
