Subscriptions that were started in the content provider app may not be available on Mac, as there is no Paramount+ app for Mac.

Channel subscriptions that were started in the Apple TV app on any supported device, should be available in the Apple TV app on Mac as well, automatically. Nothing to activate. Be sure to sign in to the Apple TV app on Mac (menu Account) with the matching Apple ID account.

These two types of subscriptions have different terms and conditions, different perks and limitations, and are unfortunately not exchangeable as such.
