Hold It Right There!:

Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. So, hold it right there, and refer to this link: If you Forgot the Passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is Disabled - Apple Support. It would be the one you've always entered. If you do not know it, then look for it in a location you may have stored it in.

If you forgot your passcode and are unable to unlock your iPhone, you can erase it to remove the passcode lock and restore it from a backup.

There is no way to recover your data without recovering your account. Old passcode was one of the ways you could have done it. Since you do not remember the OLD passcode that puts in you a very tight spot as you may have to verify your identity.
