Option "Unlock with Apple Watch" doesn't appear

Hi! I dropped my iPhone X and Face ID stopped working. Service made diagnostic and said that repair is impossible due infrared camera failure. I want to keep this phone with me and desided to use Apple watch to unlock the screen when the watch on my hand.

But, when i went to Settings -> Face ID&Passcode -> there is no option Unlock with Apple Watch. Probably there is a problem with Face ID and it's impossible to set it up.

How can I solve this problem and use my Apple Watch to unlock screen?
