Apple Watch SE unable to unlock iphone11 when wearing face mask

I updated iPhone 11 and Apple Watch SE which has option to unlock iPhone when user has face mask ON. The feature worked fine on the first day but after that it’s been not able to unlock iPhone with watch. I checked the settings of iPhone and watch again and found ok. When I am trying to unlock iPhone with watch there is display on watch that Apple Watch is trying to unlock iPhone.

In iPhone I get message as move watch closer to phone although watch and phone hardly 1 feet away
