System preferences and User Guest
How can I make the Guest User not have access to System Preferences? (imac 2021 M1 - Macos Ventura)

According to this support document:
Change Guest User settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK)
guest users cannot change system settings (which of course makes sense and I think it is what you really want).
That may not translate into completely barring access to System Settings. For example guest may, perhaps, change the desktop picture, but does it matter, given that such a change disappears on logout?
