iphone gives an error notification canceled
iPhone 13 pro max gives an error, "notification canceled", and the phone can't be turned off, it freezes, what to do?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. If your iPhone isn't responding, force restart it to see if that helps to regain control. Just in case, here's how: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
To help with the alert you're seeing right before this happens, we'll need some additional information:
- Since menu options can vary, which software version shows in Settings > General > About?
- The this alert appears, are you using a specific app? If so, which one?
