That Parallels Desktop Pro 18 subscription will currently run you about $120/yr just to run Windows 11 arm on an M2 Mac, and I believe this will increase in the Spring. You cannot run Windows 10 on an Apple Silicon Mac with any virtual machine provider. The free VirtualBox is not yet supported with macOS Ventura, or Apple Silicon Macs. And the number of ARM compiled applications for Windows 11 remains limited.
I replaced by 2013 iMac with a 2020 Core i7 and 40 GB Ram just so I could run Windows 11 Pro and other Intel-based operating systems in Parallels Desktop Pro.
