Proper nouns no longer capitalized

For the past few months my iPhone INCONSISTENTLY capitalizes proper nouns, like common names and cities, as well as the letter “I”. I’ve tried all the common fixes to no avail. All the auto features in general settings are on, my software is up to date on my iPhone 13, and I’ve tried restarting several times. Can someone please advise?

Auto-capitalization issue with random phrases on iPhone I have gone into my settings and turned off auto capitalization yet my iPhone insists on capitalizing random phrases like “Down The Shore“ and I have no idea why since there are no proper nouns included in there or any reason for capitalization that I can think of.
