My iPad used to automatically capitalise the first word on a new line, or after full stops and question marks. Since updating to iPadOS 26, this no longer happens.
How do I restore it?

Check your iPad settings:
Settings > General > [All Keyboards] >
If these settings are already to set ON, toggle each to OFF, then restart your iPad. After restart, reset the settings to ON.
