Upgrading to Apple One

I currently have Apple Music family plan which allows 6 family member accounts. The apple one upgrade says it can be shared with up to 5 family members. If I upgrade to Apple one premier to combine my services, will one of my 6 family members lose the ability to use Apple Music?

No. The figure of five on the Apple One page doesn't include the organizer, so the limit is the same.
