Since I got the iPhone I am having issues, first slow phone in all and recently I keep using same iPhone 14 pro 5G with Verizon and the connection it’s too slow….what the problem could be?

Do you see “5G” or “5Gn” on your display?
5G can be relatively slow, but 5G with one of the suffixes - I can’t remember which one Verizon uses - can be significantly faster.

Apparently - from the somewhat dated CNET article - “5G” the indicates the “lower speed” product from Verizon.
thank you for your answer. it only shows 5G and then in settings celular data only offers 5G auto (the one i checked ) , 5G and 5G off.
