My Youtube Shorts Only Look Bad on iPhone Browsers? I cannot figure out why!

Nobody else seems to be having this issue! My Youtube shorts only look blurry on iPhone browsers. My Youtube Shorts look great on PC and Android. Also, if I use the Youtube App on my iPhone, then it looks great. But! Only on iPhone browsers does it look blurry and pixelated.

Here's my process for uploading videos:

1.) I shoot the footage on an iPhone12 in 4K, and 60 FPS.

2.) I export from Premiere Pro: 2160x3840, H.264, 60 FPS

3.) I then upload the mp4 to Google Drive and then download into Capcut

4.) Add captions and then upload in 4K, 60 FPS from Capcut to my camera album

5.) From there, I finally upload the Short on Youtube app.

The HD has taken forever on one recent video.

I tried changing setting to 1080x1920 and to 30 FPS, too and it still looks blurry only on iPhone browsers...

I have no idea how to troubleshoot as no one else seems to be having this problem...

Hello iPhoneHelp17,

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. You mentioned you're the only one having this issue. To clarify, do you mean only your videos that have been uploaded to YouTube are experiencing this, or all videos you watch using a web browser are the only ones that experience issues? Do you find this happens with multiple devices you own or is it isolated to your iPhone only?
