I didn’t have the money on my card when my iCloud took my payment and idk how too recharge my card for it now

Eg: zinacef says:

"If the card now has funds on it, Apple will attempt to charge the card for your iCloud storage subscription as evidenced by activity on the bank account and an email receipt from Apple".
