No Boot Menue M1 Mini

I have Mac M1 Mini 2020, it was working fine With Montery 12.6.3, As I want to degrade it, So I formatted the Os and tried to boot with the external bootable drive ...Now the problem is, I am NOT getting the BOOT MENU. I Hv already tried long-pressing the Power key , Nothing appears on the screen and white light keeps on breathing just after the on sound. As soon as I release the power button Light goes orange and keeps blinking for long time and nothing happening..Apple care was also unable to update its firmware...

Follow the steps for the amber light, at > Mac computer status indicator light behavior - Apple Support

If you can not fix, as per > Revive or restore a Mac with Apple silicon using Apple Configurator - Apple Support

Then your only option, is to take it to your local Apple Store or AASP and have them revive it. > Find Locations - Apple
