Mac mini m2 does not see boot disk in recovery mode

Good afternoon! Mac mini m2 reinstalled macOS Ventura. At the end of the installation, I got the error "an error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again». Repeated recovery attempts do not help. After that, the boot disk selection stopped working. When rebooting, it is not possible to select a boot disk and choose to boot from a flash drive. When calling the boot disk in recovery mode, does not see the flash drive, but the flash drive is visible in the disk utility. Apparently I need to reset NVRAM. Manipulating the power off does not help. There is access to the Terminal. Nothing happens after entering "nvram -c".

If you are unable to use recovery mode to reinstall macOS, then you will need to perform a DFU firmware restore which will reset the security enclave chip & system firmware followed by pushing a clean OS onto the internal SSD (all previous data on the internal SSD will be destroyed).
