There is no current ability to change all font size in iTunes, and you can leave Product Feedback on this wanted option. In General Preferences of iTunes the options to change sizes would be related to List Sizes and Playlist Icons size.

Just to clarify, are you wanting to change the font for Playback Captions in iTunes on your Windows PC? If so, please check out the information on the following page, which will help guide you through that process: Change Playback Captions preferences in iTunes on PC

In the iTunes app  on your PC, use the Captions pane of iTunes Playback preferences to control how subtitles are styled.

To change these preferences, choose Edit > Preferences, click Playback, then click Configure.
