You can try Edit > Preferences > List Size > Large. Some elements in some views might not show a difference.

Accessibility font size of Accessibility instructions are too small Here's a real logical feature: NOT!!!!!!! You can't change the font size in the system settings Accessibility instructions! So in other words; you can't see the instructions to make the appropriate changes in Accessibility because the font is too small and can't be changed!!! Nice going Apple!!!
