I have the most current update for iTunes, yet it keeps telling me I need to install newest version? When i go to help/updates it says current version installed? What is causing this?? Need to Backup iPad and it wont let me....

What operating system are you running? The current version of iTunes for Windows at the time of posting is 12.12.7.1.
