when i am connecting to my ipad to itunes and trying for updates through itunes ,it is asking that need to update the ipad you need to update new version of itunes but my itune is updated and current version is 12.10.11. so please advise
Apple's wording about that version of iTunes leaves a lot to be desired as it leads to confusion.
iTunes 12.10.11.2 is the last (and therefore the "latest") version of iTunes that can be used on a Windows 7 (or Windows 8) PC. However, the most recent version (and therefore the actual "latest version") of iTunes is (on the day of writing) 12.12.9.4.
I'm not sure which version your iPad requires as a minimum, but the message you have seen tells us that it is a later version than you are using.
It may be time to consider updating to Windows 10.
