"Go to the Mail ➙ Settings ➙ Fonts and Colors" to change font size of mail composing. Ventura.

I cannot execute "Go to the Mail ➙ Settings ➙ Fonts and Colors". Does anyone know where Settings is within Mail?

Under the Mail menu is Settings. It worked for me.
