Netflix won’t download on initial set-up
Netflix didn’t download on initial setup. All of the other apps are fine. What do I do?

On what device did you want to install Netflix?
For your smart TV, Netflix is unrelated to the Apple TV app. Please contact Samsung for support with installing apps on their device.
