As of app version 18.21.0, Netflix for iOS requires iOS 18.0 or later to install (see apps.apple.com/app/netflix/id363590051). Unfortunately, your iPhone X does not support iOS 18. You can see a full list of supported models at support.apple.com/104985. You need a newer iPhone model to install Netflix.
