Accept new terms and conditions

Constant notification on TV to accept new terms and conditions. How do I accept them?

Unable to accept new iCloud Terms and Conditions on my iPad I have an iPad Pro (model # MLMW2LL/A) that is running iPadOS Version 16.7.10. terms and conditions acceptance for iCloud required iphone alert to accept iCloud terms and conditions, click on continue nothing happens-alert remains. devices on iCloud all same ID. Not all iCloud files are synching.

Can't Agree to Terms on Conditions on my iPad I have an old iPad and when I go to the App Store to try to get an app I get a dialog that says "Complete your Apple ID". I have a button to "Agree to Terms and Conditions" set to green but when I hit the "Next" button it doesn't do anything at all. I tried to find a way to agree to the terms and conditions online but I can't find a way.

Try signing out of the account for iCloud services, then sign in again.
