Apple Cash never refunded my money

I had a debit get stolen and asked the Bank of America to help me get another card. In the meantime I was given access to utilize their digital card method that automatically syncs with the Apple Wallet.

Afterwards, I send money from my Apple Cash to my personal bank account. For some reason, Apple sent the funds to the stolen debit card instead of the new card already on file. To retrieve the money and apologize for the confusion they send me to Green Dot Bank to dispute a claim for the return of the money. After the 10 business days for reporting the claim was over, Green Dot Bank refused to return my money!

It’s unbelievable how Apple sent me off on this witch hunt for the return my money with a poor third company service like Green Dot Bank! Unacceptable service and utterly ridiculous how they refuse to return my money for their mistake! Please note, I have completely lost ALL respect and faith in using Apple Cash for any method of transferring money from my account to another. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone and my question is… what do I have to do to get my money back from Apple? I can provide claim number and everything! Please help!!
