Why do I continue to receive a pop up saying

"Connect with Businesses Using Messages"

I DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS

This is a PERSONAL iPhone

This pops up when I try to chat with support

Why does my personal iPhone always say I'm using messages for business? My iPhone is a personal device, but whenever I contact support it says I'm using messages for business and when I recently put the phone into lockdown mode, due to phishing texts, it says: "Cannot use Messages for Business Cannot use Messages for Business when device is locked down" I always start support chats through the Apple support app and when I asked a support rep and they told me this and wouldn't explain further instead they "suggested" I start a new chat on the web??? "If you initiate a chat using messages app of your device, it will always come as Apple business chat. If you initiate a chat with the help of the support app, it will show as web chat."

‘Unavailable for Sharing’ message under Sign-In and Security section on my iPhone Hi, Under sign-in and security section, under my mobile number it says ‘unavailable for sharing’, what does this mean? When I click on the info button it says: you can allow people to contact you at (my number) in apps and services using your Apple account, play games using game centre, share photos and files, collaborate on documents and more. If you want to remove this number, you can do that in two-factor authentication settings. My iMessage seems to be working fine and I checked the settings for iMessage and FaceTime and all looks fine. Any help would be appreciated. As I don’t really understand why it says unavailable for sharing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

From the "Messages for Business" description:

"You can start a conversation through Maps, Safari, Siri, and Search, and through participating businesses' websites and apps. Search for the business, then tap the Message button and start the conversation."
