how to share purchased app to child device

Hey There! Do you happen to have an Apple family set up with your child’s account in it? You can enable purchase sharing in settings. Steps are below!

5-9 should be done on the child’s device, 1-4 are done on parents device!

1. Open Settings
2. Click your account at the top of the settings
3. Look for family sharing
4. enable purchase sharing within the family
5. Open the App Store
6. click search
7. hit the circle/initials/picture in the top right hand corner
8. click purchased
9. Find the parents name
10. Find the app you wish to install, you can pull down a little and a search bar will appear.
11. When the desired app is found, click the little cloud with the arrow pointing down. This will install the app to the child’s device!
