Why does my phone cut in and out?
My phone cuts in and out. I have to go outside to have a conversation.

When you go “outside”, then is the conversation normal with no cutting in and out? If YES, then the issue, obviously, is when you are “inside”. There are several reasons why you may be experiencing the issue when you are “inside”:
- Poor Cellular connection inside.
- Poor Wi-Fi connection if you are connected to a Wi-Fi Network and Wi-Fi Calling is active.
- Indoor signal interference from nearby appliances etc.
My recommendation is that, when you are “inside” a building, check to see whether you have a good cellular connection or not. If you do not then connect your iPhone to a Wi-Fi Network and use Wi-Calling to see whether that resolves the issue. You can also contact your carrier and get their recommendations to improve service indoors.
