IpadOS 16.3.1 bug?

My Ipad (ipad pro 11 inch 2nd gen) keep freezing and shutdown almost every 5 min after I updated IpadOS 16.3.1. Idk how to fix this problem 🥲 I tried to reset all setting but it still doesn’t work…

Your iPad battery may have a fault, may not be retaining charge, or perhaps cannot provide sufficient power during CPU/GPU peak-load.

You would be best advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support - and request a remote diagnostic test. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively and perhaps easier, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad or other Apple device, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad. If the iPad requires service or repair, you’ll be in the best possible place to explore your available options:
