Why the iPhone Needs a Dual Messenger Function: A User's Perspective

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my feedback with the Apple community in hopes of bringing attention to a feature that I believe would greatly benefit iPhone users. As many of you may know, other devices such as Samsung have a dual messenger function that allows users to separate their personal and work lives. In Korea, the use of dual SIM has been possible since last year. However, the iPhone currently does not offer this feature.

For those who may not be familiar with the dual messenger function, it works by creating a second instance of a messaging app, which allows users to use two accounts on the same app. This means that if you have two SIMs, you can have one account for your personal SIM and another account for your work SIM, all on the same device.

If you activate the dual messenger of a specific messenger in the OS, one more identical app will be created. Looking at other similar requests, Apple officials say to make a request to the app developer. The two are distinctly different.

I believe that a dual messenger function on the iPhone would be incredibly useful for many users, including myself. If you agree, please share your thoughts and support in the comments below. Let's come together and show Apple that this feature is important to us.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

JungWoo
