I'm trying to create the digital signature in the preview.
It only enables the signature to be created by using the camera.
The trackpad tap is disabled. I can't click it.
Can anyone help?

If it is an Apple trackpad, try selecting System Settings, Bluetooth. Insure it shows up there and is enabled. If it's not showing, it might need to be recharged by plugging into the USB-C cable. Also, the Apple trackpad has an on-off switch. Check to insure it is in the "on" position.
