unable to connect to school WiFi

I tried to connect to my school's WiFi but I keep getting "error opening page: Hotspot login cannot open the page because it is not connected to the internet" I've tried most of the solutions I've seen on the internet but nothing seems to work. please what should I do?

Perhaps your school is using a captive network - to which you must complete sign-in from your browser before you will have any network or internet access. Perhaps this support page will be helpful with troubleshooting:
