Bluetooth Connected Keyboard Issue

The keys 789, UIO JKL and M will not work or transmit to my iMac. I have two identical A1314 apple wireless keyboards and the same problem. However when I use them with my iMac mini no problem. I tried resetting the bluetooth module but no change. Any thoughts?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Go to preferences,accessibility, then mouse and trackpad. Make sure to uncheck the box that says "Enable Mouse Keys".
