new macbook 16inch beeping?

What's the constant beeping coming from your new MacBookPro 16"? You powered it from usbc and the Mac doesn't sense that it is plugged in but senses that you are plugging it in every time the battery drains a little. Hence the beep. What's the fix, plug in your lighting charger that came with it..... What doesn't that fix the beeping? One more step, leave it plugged in and shutdown and restart. Problem gone.

It took about a week to find the underlying cause of it. Apple needs to update the firmware on the new 16 inch pros.

If your new MacBook 16-inch is beeping, it could be an indication of a hardware issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check for any loose connections: Make sure all cables, peripherals, and external devices are properly connected to your MacBook. If any connection is loose, it could cause a beeping sound.

2. Reset the SMC: The System Management Controller (SMC) is responsible for controlling many hardware functions on your MacBook, including the power button, keyboard backlighting, and battery management. Resetting the SMC can help resolve hardware-related issues, including beeping sounds.

3. Run Apple Diagnostics: Apple Diagnostics is a built-in tool that can help identify any hardware issues on your MacBook.

4. Contact Apple support: If the above steps do not resolve the beeping issue, it is recommended that you contact Apple service provider for further assistance. They can help diagnose the issue and provide a solution or arrange a repair if necessary.

Hope it helps!
