Home button haptic response

I reviewed several questions and comments regarding a loud sound made by the iPhone home button. Several indicated that they had dropped their phone prior to the sound starting. My wife’s phone had the same issue - however what I noticed was that as soon as I was able to remove the very tight Casely case, the buzzing/static sound stopped. Of course - I still think something (drop or otherwise) is causing the issue - you may want to also look at the case as a contributing factor to the issue.
