Hello! I need to download software compatible with Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite) - 10.12 (Sierra), but I’m running Mac OS 12.3 (Monterey). Please, what can I do?

I’m trying to download the old Timex Ironman GPS software. The downloaded package won’t open using Monterey. It specifies Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite) - 10.12 (Sierra). Later operating systems won’t open it.

I am not able to open the downloaded software because it is not compatible with MacOS Monterey. It will only load with with Mac OS 10.10 (Yosemite) - 10.12 (Sierra). I am not able to downgrade to Yosemite or Sierra. I am looking for a workaround. Thank you.
