Strava will not recognize my yearly subscription that was renewed in January 2023. Please assist.

the screen cracked on my iPhone so I replaced it through insurance. After redownloading Strava and touched the “restore purchase” button, a prompt appears saying my purchase cannot be verified. I renewed my yearly subscription on 1/28/23. Strava seems to have virtually no customer service. Can you help?

Decanter Subscription faltering, how to resolve? New issues of my Decanter subscription no longer become available as of June, while my yearly subscription is active and renews 11 November 2024. Missing 2 current issues now. Magazine Direct recommend Apple to resolve as they cannot verify the subscription. Using the “Restore purchases” function in the Decanter app has also not done the trick.

I renewed my Apple subscription to DAZN but it is not picked up as renewed on the Dazn site. I have been in touch with support on the DAZN support center and they advised I need to reach out to Apple to have this resolved. I can confirm that Apple sent me a receipt of my subscription renewal however I am still unable to access the content on the DAZN site or app.

None of my subscriptions will show up So long story short I got a new phone recently and switch to T-Mobile, if that’s the problem that’s odd, but I bought a subscription and want to concise the auto renew and notices it’s not there and neither are any of my past newer current ones, all it says is there’s no active subscriptions, I went into setting, AppStore, and even on the website and nothing, I’m not gonna just go 🤷‍♂️ guess I’ll spend $19.99 a month for the rest of my life, if somebody knows how to fix this please let me know.
